From CAD Data to Finished Scale Model
Our manufacturing process combines engineering, digital fabrication and skilled model making. Client CAD and 3D information is converted into manufacturing data and then transformed into individually produced components, assembled and finished by our production team.
Project Review
We review the project information, required scale, dimensions, presentation requirements, deadline and destination.
CAD/CAM Preparation
Engineering and 3D design information is converted into manufacturing files suitable for our production equipment.
Component Manufacturing
Individual components are manufactured using appropriate processes including CNC machining, laser cutting and 3D printing.
Painting & Finishing
Components are painted and finished according to the project's color schemes, references and presentation requirements.
Manual Assembly
Individual components are assembled manually to create the completed model. Electrical circuits, LED lighting and other features are integrated where required.
Quality Control
The completed model undergoes inspection and testing before packing. Progress photographs and videos can be shared throughout production, allowing the client to follow the project remotely.
Final Approval & Delivery
Final quality assessment can be performed remotely or at our manufacturing facilities before professional protective packaging and international shipment.

Quality Control From Design File to Final Model
Every project begins with an agreed execution plan defining the manufacturing sequence, project milestones and client review points. The goal is to anticipate any aspect to improve / correct as soon as possible, avoiding complex reworks, and project delays.
During production, clients can receive progress photographs, videos and status updates. At the final manufacturing stage, detailed images and videos can be provided for quality assessment before shipment. If a correction is needed, our team makes it and repeats the quality assessment.
You are welcome to inspect the finished model at our Kuala Lumpur factory, and we assist with airport pick-up and transport.
Delivery
Models are shipped by DHL or UPS air cargo, typically in 7–11 days including customs documentation. You can also use your own forwarder: we facilitate pick-up and export documents.

Every model is housed inside a heavy-duty, reusable aluminum transportation case fitted with custom-molded sponge foam contours that secure the model during transit.
Integrated Safety G-Force Indicators
Freight containers are fitted with calibrated G-force shock fuses that monitor handling dynamics during air and sea freight, ensuring total accountability throughout logistics.
Turnkey Logistics & Customs Handling
We handle complete export documentation, customs processing, and door-to-door air express shipping through international logistics partners. Clients can also manage shipping directly using their preferred freight forwarder.
Insurance & investment protection
Besides all our careful packing and safety measures we put on our shipment to avoid any damage during transportation, all our scale models are fully insured against any problem during logistic operation from our plant to client site. Your tranquility and investment protection is part of our responsibilities.

All models are backed by a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering manufacturing issues and craftsmanship.
Confidentiality for Sensitive Projects
Many scale models are produced before a project is publicly launched. Architectural developments, new vessels, industrial facilities and engineering projects may contain commercially sensitive information.

Confidentiality is integrated into the project process from the initial exchange of technical information through manufacturing and delivery.
When required we enforce controlled limited personal access to:
